  We are excited to announce that one of our past elective ultrasound training clients has upgraded their ultrasound equipment to the GE E8 with HD Live. Ultrasound Trainers and Bump 2 Baby looked at and discussed several different elective ultrasound equipment options and finally settled on the GE E8. The GE Voluson E8 is the latest version of GE’s popular Voluson 3D/4D series of ultrasound systems. The E8 is GE’s top of the line machine, especially when it comes to 4D imaging. This system utilizes the latest GE technologies including “Active Matrix Probes” and a new 4D transvaginal probe allowing for earlier detections of fetal abnormalities. 4D Coded Phase Inversion (CPI), the newest version of Speckle Reduction Imaging (SRI III), VCAD Automated Imaging Tool, CrossXbeam Technology, HD-Flow™, Compound Resolution (CRI I), Coded Harmonic Imaging, STIC B-Flow, and Volume Contrast Imaging (VCI) are just some of the options that can be implemented on the GE Voluson E8. The latest revision of the GE Voluson E8 machine, BT12, also adds HD-Live Rendering (High Definition Imaging). HDlive is one of the new key rendering tools on the new dynamic rendering engine on the Expert Series platform. Bump 2 Baby will now be able to offer the finest in 3d/4d and HDlive elective ultrasound available on the market.
